Week 10 Start Em/Sit Em

QB

Start Jake Locker - Locker has played well since he missed some time earlier in the season. He's not the type of quarterback that will consistently throw for 300 yards and 3 touchdowns, but he can be a solid fantasy quarterback when he does not throw interceptions. He also can pickup some yards running the ball. Locker has the best match up for every quarterback this week against Jacksonville and I think he's a must start.

Predicted Stats - 19/27, 245 yards, 2 TD, 36 yards rushing, 1 TD - 27.4 points

Sit Colin Kaepernick - Coming off the bye week Kaepernick gets the Carolina defense that has been very tough on opposing quarterbacks. In fact, Carolina has allowed the least fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks in standard leagues. Now I understand Carolina has not faced the best quarterbacks so far this season, but this is still a good defense. Let's not forget either that Kaepernick has been shaky at times this season. I think Carolina's pass rush will give him trouble all day.

Predicted Stats - 21/38, 199 yards, 1 TD, 1 Int, 26 yards rushing - 12.56 points

RB

Start Alfred Morris -  For whatever reason, last week the Cowboys chose to not run the ball on a Vikings defense that has been in the top five for fantasy points allowed to opposing running backs. That will not be the case this week and the Redskins will run all day against Minnesota. I told you not to start Morris last week and he burned me for a very nice game. This week I'm endorsing The Butler to have an even better game and hopefully not get touchdown vultured again.

Predicted Stats - 133 yards, 2 TD, 1 rec, 6 yards - 25.9 points

Sit Arian Foster & Ben Tate - Both Foster and Tate are banged up and Foster may not even end up playing. That alone is reason to not start either of the Texans' backs, but add in the fact that they're playing an Arizona Cardinals defense that's has allowed the second least fantasy points to opposing running backs and now they both become absolute must-sits.

Predicted Stats - 64 yards, 0 TD - 6.4 points

WR

Start Antonio Brown -  Brown has been one of the best receivers in PPR leagues this season and pretty solid in standard leagues as well. The Pittsburgh wideout has been putting up at least 9 catches for 90 yards seemingly every game and this week should top those totals. He faces off against a Buffalo defense and secondary that has been decimated by opposing wide receivers, giving up the second most points. I expect a big game from Brown this week.

Predicted Stats - 11 rec, 123 yards, 1 TD - 18.3 points

Sit Cecil Shorts - Shorts has had a quality season and been pretty reliable in fantasy due to the Jaguars constantly playing from behind and needing to throw the ball. While I expect that trend to continue, I don't expect Shorts to pickup a lot of points. Jaguars receiver Justin Blackmon was suspended for the rest of the season this week, which will again make Shorts the focal point of the passing game. That means Titans cornerback Alterraun Verner, who has been one of the best corners in the league this season, will be covering Shorts. Not the recipe for a good day for the Jags receiver.

Predicted Stats - 5 rec, 69 yards - 6.9 points

TE

Start Tim Wright - Tim Wright has been a pleasant surprise this season for the Buccs. He's developed a ice rapport with rookie quarterback Mike Glennon and the pair should combine for another solid game. Tampa Bay plays Miami this week and while the Dolphins defense has been good at limiting wide receivers, they've been susceptible to giving up points to Tight Ends. Tampa Bay lost receiver Mike Williams for the year which means defenses will be able to double team Vincent Jackson, leaving Wright alone against a safety or linebacker. I think he'll flourish in this matchup this week.

Predicted Stats - 8 rec, 75 yards, 2 TD - 19.5 points

Sit Jason Witten - I know Witten had a huge game last week, but that was against a Minnesota defense that has not been good at all. Plus the Cowboys ran the ball nine times total last week (yes, you read that correctly). This week I expect a much more balanced offensive game plan which should lead to more runs and more blocking assignments for Witten. The Saints defense is much, much better than Minnesota as well, so a large drop in production from the Cowboys' tight end is to be expected.

Predicted Stats - 5 rec, 34 yards, 1 TD - 9.4 points
